IronPath Terms of Service
Effective date: June 9, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the IronPath app for iPhone and Apple Watch ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. Publish at: https://tryironpath.com/terms.
1. The service
IronPath provides workout planning, logging, progress tracking, AI-assisted workout generation, and optional Apple Health synchronization. The App requires an account; some features require an internet connection.
2. Not medical advice
IronPath provides fitness information and automatically generated training suggestions. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You are solely responsible for exercising within your abilities. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App or its backend;
- use the App to store unlawful content;
- attempt to access another user's data;
- abuse the AI generation feature (e.g. automated bulk requests).
5. AI-generated content
AI-generated workout plans are produced by a third-party model (OpenAI) from your training context. They are suggestions, provided "as is", and may be imperfect. Review every plan before training with it. AI generation is rate-limited per day; limits may change.
6. Apple Health
If you connect Apple Health, you authorize the App to read and write the categories shown in the permission sheet. Health data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the App. You can export-request or delete your data at any time (see Privacy Policy).
8. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service, with notice where practicable.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM YOUR EXERCISE ACTIVITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (CURRENTLY $0 FOR THE FREE APP).
10. Changes to the service or terms
We may modify the App or these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where mandatory consumer law applies, otherwise by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is established.
