IronPath Terms of Service
Effective date: September 11, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the IronPath app for iPhone and Apple Watch ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
IronPath provides workout planning, logging, progress tracking, custom exercises, Strong and Hevy CSV import, IronPath CSV export, progress photos, workout sharing, AI Coach week planning, AI-assisted workout generation, and optional Apple Health synchronization. The App requires an account; some features require an internet connection. You can start and log active workouts offline. They save on your device and sync when you reconnect. The Apple Watch app is standalone and can run workouts without the iPhone.
2. Not medical advice
IronPath provides fitness information and automatically generated training suggestions. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You are solely responsible for exercising within your abilities. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App or its backend;
- use the App to store unlawful content;
- attempt to access another user's data;
- abuse AI Coach or AI generation (e.g. automated bulk requests).
5. AI-generated content
AI-generated workout plans (AI Coach week plans and AI day generation) are produced by a third-party model (OpenAI) from your training context. They are suggestions, provided "as is", and may be imperfect. Review every plan before training with it. AI Coach and AI generation share a rate limit: IronPath Pro subscribers may use up to 40 generations per rolling 7-day period. A Coach week plan and a one-day generation each count as 1. Limits may change.
6. IronPath Pro subscription
IronPath offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, IronPath Pro, which unlocks AI Coach and AI day generation. Free features remain available without a subscription.

Prices are shown in your local currency on the purchase screen before you confirm, and may vary by region and over time. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price that applies.
Free trial. Where offered, new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Trial availability is determined by Apple and is shown on the purchase screen. If you have previously used a trial for this subscription group you may not be eligible for another. If you purchase a subscription during a free trial, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited.
Billing and auto-renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price for the selected plan.
- After a free trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Managing and cancelling. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS), or from the subscription section in IronPath Settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; we cannot issue refunds directly.
7. Apple Health
If you connect Apple Health, you authorize the App to read and write the categories shown in the permission sheet. Health data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter, including custom exercises, imported workout history, and progress photos. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the App. You can export your workout data as CSV or delete your data at any time (see Privacy Policy).
9. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service, with notice where practicable. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID Account Settings.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM YOUR EXERCISE ACTIVITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$50.
11. Changes to the service or terms
We may modify the App or these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If we change subscription pricing, the new price applies only to renewals occurring after you have been notified, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where mandatory consumer law applies, otherwise by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is established.
